From our original roots as a fully AWM funded business, and backed by Certes, a recruitment specialist with a 30 years track record of success, we have always been focused on delivering a high quality service  to our customers and candidates. 

Now out of start up funding from AWM, Grad Central is fully self-financing and operating on a commercial basis.  We have successfully grown the business from a start up in 2009 to where it is today, a successful regional recruitment business with a portfolio of clients from micro businesses and SME’s through to a range of household names ; Homeserve, National Express, Coca Cola Enterprises, Enterprise Rent a Car and Deutsche Bank to name but a few.
