A unique opportunity to join a leading software house has arisen for a results - driven and self motivated .Net Developer based in Worcester. You will be involved in the design and development of Windows applications for an impressive portfolio of clients within the insurance and financial services industry, making this the perfect next step in your career.

Role: .NET Developer
Location: Worcester
Salary: up to £34,000 (depending on experience)

As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for writing efficient and manageable VB.NET / C# and SQL code to tight deadlines. Furthermore, your role will also include:

*Unit Test and document the resulting code for use within or as enhancements to our clients products.
*Liaise with all members of the development team regarding implementation of specifications and requirements
*Diagnosis and resolution of faults within the existing code.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level within a relevant discipline (Computer Science or similar) and will benefit further from holding a Microsoft Certification. You will be a natural communicator who has a methodical and disciplined approach to development tasks. Most importantly, our client are seeking candidates with experience of the following tools:

*Developing Windows or Web based applications
*Developing in SQL, C# and VB.NET
*Web based development using ASP.NET
*Designing and developing multi tier .Net / SQL Server applications
