We are looking to recruit a 1st Line Support Analyst to join a client care team based in Coventry. We specialise in providing qualified engineers to complete or assist with IT contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to join the team and to get involved with the customer support system.

Job Title: 1st line support Analyst
Location: Coventry
Salary: £14,000-£16,000
The main duties of this role will include;
* Answering inbound support calls and logging them onto a support system providing comprehensive call notes.
* Allocating support calls to relevant data
* Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports from the support system
* Adding new customers, site and contract record to the support system
The successful candidate will be a graduate or hold an equivalent level qualification. You will also have general Microsoft windows XP knowledge and Microsoft office experience, any retail experience would be an advantage, especially convenience and petroleum and also experience of working within a support environment.
The successful candidate will also be provided with industry knowledge and product training on an on-going basis so that you will be able to manage support calls through to resolution within three months.
