My client is currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst / Help Desk / 1st Line Support member to join their existing 24x7 team. You will have experience of : 1st Line Support/ service desk, Active Directory, General Windows Trouble Shooting, File Permissions and ITIL Service Delivery Knowledge would be highly beneficial. The team is responsible for the receiving, logging and managing of all IT and facilities incidents.
These will typically be reported by phone or email and regular duties will include providing timely status updates, incident resolution or escalation, closure information and collection of customer satisfaction data.

The role does require shift work but over a 10 week rota - these shifts cover hours between 7am - 10pm, and there will also be a 1 week shift of nights within the 10 week rota, and 1 week off work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a major blue chip organisation for an initial 3 month contract paying excellent market rates. This position is commutable from Newcastle Under Lyme, Stoke on Trent, Derby, Crewe and Shrewsbury
