This is a truly exciting opportunity for a First Line Support Technician to come on board my clients' team based in Redditch. This family run business now require a First Line Support Technician to join their team and support bespoke software system with a SQL Server, back bone delivering the core infrastructure to their unique business.
Job Title: 1st Support Technician
Location: Redditch
Salary: £16,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will:
*Be confident working alone or under remote instruction.
*Ability to help resolve problems, ensuring a satisfactory response.
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
*A thorough understanding of T-SQL
*Work within a busy environment, prioritising workloads.
*Is a swift learner
Desirable Skills:
*Basic SQL Server 2008 administration
*Understanding of a windows domain environment
*Programming skills.NET
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in an IT related discipline and will have previous experience within a similar position.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally and you will work well as part of a team.
