A 2nd Line Support analyst is required for a contract role based in Nottingham for an initial 4 week duration.
The 2nd Line Analyst will be required to provide BAU 2nd Line Desktop/Helpdesk support.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience taking calls and fixing Windows XP
Experience providing support for Microsoft XP suite
Any experience within the Health sector would be a distinct advantage.
