A 3rd Line Support Analyst/Infrastructure Manager is required for a contract role based in Manchester for an initial 3 month duration.
The Infrastructure Analyst will have required to:
Undertake anti-virus compliance, patch management and incident resolution
Install, Support and Maintain the network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, WLAN etc)
Provide 3rd Line hardware and software support
Managing, monitoring and maintaining the storage platform including SAN and disk arrays
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
Core server technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange messaging, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS
Managing core networking technologies such as firewalls, SSL VPN, Ethernet networking
Storage management including SAN, fibre-channel and iSCSI
Infrastructure management
Any experience of Blackberry Enterprise Server, Juniper firewalls, VMWare vSphere, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, Cisco iOS or Dell/EMC Clariion storage would be advantageous.
