A 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Analyst is required for a contract role based in London for an initial 3 month duration.
The Support Analyst will help the ICT team to provide serves and support to a majority of users on Windows desktops but with some Mac OSX and Linux Desktop Users.
The ideal candidate will have:
MCSE/CCNA or similar professional qualification, or relevant specialist experience
ITIL Foundation or experience
Experience of installing and configuring Network equipment
Experience of mixed VMWare/Windows/Unix server environments
Experience of installation and configuration of Windows 2003/2008 and Linux/Unix physical and virtual servers
Experience supporting Active Directory 2003/2008 and Exchange 2003/2010
