This is a fantastic opportunity to join an up and coming full service event agency with a fantastic reputation and oversee the delivery of a huge variety of events from concept to completion in both the UK and internationally. Currently in the process of establishing their name as a major player at the cutting edge of the industry, delivering large-scale automotive events from conferences to product launches.

They have invested heavily in the infrastructure of the business and their team, and as a result now host a huge variety of events, from conferences, product launches and road shows. Due to their ongoing success they are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to focus on automotive clients delivering events in the UK and internationally. The role will be very hands on in the delivery from taking the initial brief, putting together the concept and proposal through to on site delivery.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

*Client contact
*Pitch and proposal
*Budget management
*Supplier selection and management
*Venue sourcing
*Delegate management
*Book flights and accommodation
*Health and safety
*Full logistics
*Liaising with internal departments
*All pre event planning
*On site management

The ideal candidate should have experience overseeing the delivery of automotive events, managing each element, combined with a can do approach and hard work ethic. This is an incredibly busy role for someone who wants to fast track their career and work on some of the largest events in the UK and overseas. Event agency experience is a must, ideally across a variety of automotive brands however should you have an excellent relationship with one key account this will be considered also.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves to travel overseas with up to 30% of the year spent in European destinations. Some events could also allow you to spend up to 6 weeks at any one time on site!
