As part of a global healthcare marketing company my client has fantastic experience in the management of large-scale conferences, symposia, product launches and incentive trips throughout Europe and the world. They have a wide range of clients predominantly though across the pharmaceutical sector and by the creation of unique and imaginative solutions to their clients requirements have built an unrivalled expertise within the industry and are able to respond to the most demanding and complex request with creativity and passion.

Due to the continued development of the company, they are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join one of their key account teams delivering events across the globe on a particular key pharma client.

Responsibilities will include:

*Taking the initial event proposal
*Travel and accommodation booking
*Delegate registration
*Liaising with the DMC
*Putting together complex ground programmes
*On-site management
*Budget management and reconciliation
*Client contact and development

The ideal candidate must have proven experience within an event agency and a good all-round knowledge of logistics within the pharmaceutical area across a broad range of meetings. If you have managed KOL meetings, conferences and some congress this would be an advantage. You must be client facing and have experience of delivering events internationally within the pharmaceutical sector - ideally from end to end.
