We are looking to a recruit an Administrative Officer to join our client based in Worcestershire. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to get involved with our clients team who specialise in Manufacturing.
Job Title: Administrative Officer

Duties of the role include;
* Processing all orders with a meticulous eye for detail.
* Answering phones and directing calls to correct departments.
* Dealing with customers and answering queries.
* Making sure customers are dealt with efficiently.
* General Admin (filing, sending faxes and Emails etc).
* General Office duties.
* General computer skills (Word, Excel and their own bespoke programme)
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent level qualification and will have previous admin experience. You will also be competent with MS Word and excel.
