Analytical Graduate - IT Systems Analyst - London £25k + benefits

Central London, Award winning IT Service provider looking for a strong analytical Graduate to join their team - you will receive full training to become an experienced IT Systems Analyst.

Ideally you will have an Engineering, Scientific, IT or Mathematical degree from a reputable university supported by Strong A levels in Maths and Science.

The position is highly customer focused, telephone, email and face-to-face based. You will be dealing with Mandarin speaking customers on a day-to-day basis, so this role requires you to be Bilingual - English and Mandarin.

You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to build rapport/relationships with customers.

You must have strong analytical, problem solving and logical thinking skills in order to clearly explain issues and options to customers. You will be working with a range of accounts and must pay attention to detail and be able to effectively manage own time. Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft office.

You will be working as part of a team to implement system configurations, using technical skills and tools to configure the IT systems. This will include answering customer calls/emails, recording details on call logging software, investigating customer queries/issues and escalating complex issues to 3rd line support. You will also be trained in supporting existing customers, configuring IT systems to their specification and providing consultancy/analysis services.

My client is offering £30-25k + benefits + career progression + training.
