Role - Application/Software Support Analyst
Location - Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Salary - £25,000 to £35,000 + bonus + benefits
Skills - support, software, application, excellent problem solving, communication and analysis competencies.
The Application/Software Support Analyst will have demonstrable application/software support experience and excellent problem solving, communication and analysis competencies.
Any knowledge of the financial services sector (especially life, pensions and/or investments) is desirable but not essential.
Your role will be to provide largely 2nd and 3rd line application/ software support, including interpretation of incidents and problems, gathering of sufficient evidence to enable swift investigation and to assist in the implementation of the resolution.
