Appointment Maker

Appointment Maker required by a leading IT Service Support company based in Dudley.

Finding qualified prospects is one of the most important roles in the company and adding new profitable managed services clients is critical to achieving the company's growth targets.

The Appointment Maker will speak with decision makers daily as the candidate will look to build strong business-to-business b2b / Business Development relationships.

Bringing a unique and valuable perspective to the conversation you will have excellent communication skills, using a low pressure approach to control the direction of calls and show why it would benefit them to meet with the company.

Required skills and qualities;

* High level of IT literacy
* Excellent communication skills, especially telephone phone
* Well organised and persistent self-starter
* Positive self-image and attitude
* Well Mannered, courteous and naturally persuasive
* Honesty and integrity
* Previous experience in a telesales role may be beneficial

The successful candidate will be a graduate or hold an equivalent level qualification and in returned the company can offer a competitive salary with uncapped commission
