Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for several unqualified teachers to fill roles in the Birmingham area starting ASAP!
The schools looking to fill these roles are all larger than average comprehensives or academies. They are all high achieving schools which are rated as either ""good"" or ""outstanding by OFSTED. The schools can offer cover supervisors the support and backing of their senior management. Due to their central locations, the schools are accessible by public transport and by car.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to communicate well with students and teach effectively. You will have experience of working in a similar role and exemplary classroom management. You must have the ability to inspire as well as manage the students.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidates will be confident and have a positive approach, as well as having relevant teaching qualifications, the right to work in the UK, 2 professional teaching references from within the last 2 years and a valid CRB.
