Job Title - Assistant General Manager

Salary - £18,000k
You'll have the chance to get involved in different aspects of the business and to develop core interests - maybe marketing, maybe finance, maybe audience development, maybe digital. We're looking for somebody with experience of working in an office, maybe in a cultural organisation and who would like to take the next step in their career.
As part of your role you will be making sure that the office runs smoothly, ensuring that all incoming post is dealt with properly, maintaining filing systems and dealing with incoming calls and general correspondence. You will also be maintaining the office systems including IT software and hardware and making sure that the company's database is updated in accordance to the Data Protection Act.
You need to be a hard-working, team player, self-disciplined, creative and methodical. With a small core team of 3 we all have to share in the routine jobs - photocopying, answering the phone, filing etc but this means we can devote more of our resources to the work that really matters.
Candidates must hold a degree or equivalent level qualification.
