A superb opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Site Manager to work within the decent homes social refurbishment sector. The ideal candidate must have previous decent homes experience in K&B works, Externals and remedial works. The company strives in the Development of long-term working relationships with existing clients, through these relationships they have secured a larger refurbishment contract that is increasing in turnover within the coming months.

The Role:

The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for the management of contractors onsite, health and safety and the ability to report back to the Site Manager.

Duties:
* Using leadership skills to ensure a zero incident health & safety culture, implementing all regulatory health & safety on site.
* Ensuring that all contract administration / procedures are undertaken
* Assisting in the management of the project which could include K&B works, Externals etc.
* Implementing detailed programmes which allow accurate monitoring and reporting
* Ability to prioritize and plan effectively


Candidates must have Decent Homes Experience to be considered for this role.
