Avaya IP Telecoms analyst / Administrator required to work and support sites in Cambs with some travel to other sites in the UK on a mobile basis . Experience of support and administering telecoms networks is required ,ideally candidates should hold the Avaya Certified Associate qualification and the below skills are required for this role :
- administration of Avaya system i.e: pickup groups; hunt groups; call routing; toll tables;setting up new users; removing old users; voice mail; dial plans; managing trunks; Avaya ACD.
- monitoring alarms and taking appropriate action to clear alarms or call third party support when required.
Any experience of the below would be beneficial :-
-FoIP
-One X Portal
-Avaya CMS
Experience in Avaya VoIP infrastructure, monitoring, administration and problem solving to an intermediate level
**Some heavy lifting of servers may be required *
As mentioned as there is a need to travel to sites around the county from time to time so the use of your own vehicle would be beneficial . You will also be required to undergo a CRB check . Full Time (37 Hours)
for 13 weeks initially with a strong chance of renewel .
