This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well known retailer as a Branch Administrator.

This role will involve dealing with customer enquiries both over the phone and face to face to offer the highest level of customer service at all times. You will also be responsible for receiving and processing customer transactions as well as completing all related records and administration.

You will also be accountable for ensuring the accurate completion of daily banking procedures, as well as identifying and reporting any issues or discrepancies, dealing with petty cash and related administration as well as completing finance documentation for customers and keeping up to date and accurate filing systems.

When required you will also provide word processing and copy typing support to Branch Management.

The successful candidate will hold a degree or graduate level qualification and have previous experience in an administrative based role within a customer focused environment. You will also have a proven track record of both achieving and exceeding targets and objectives, excellent organisation skills will a first class attention to detail. Excellent communication skills verbal and written and exceptional customer service skills are also essential for the role.

Please not this role is a 6-9 month contract role working part-time hours.
