We have a great opportunity for a Building Services Sales Engineer to join our client based in Birmingham. Our client is a leading installer of heating and ventilation systems and they are keen to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Building Services Engineer to help generate new contracts.
Job Title: Building Services Sales Engineer
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: Competitive, OTE, Quarterly Reviews
Working closely with the MD you will generate new contracts and drive the business forward through networking, sales and pro-active marketing and be involved in estimating, project management and on-site delivery. You will also be involved in the following;
*Making site visits
*Estimating material and labour costs
*Producing competitive quotations
*Project Manage Live jobs and liaise with client and sub-contractors and suppliers and OEM
*Work to key performance targets each month
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or will hold an equivalent level qualification in a Building Services or Mechanical Engineering discipline. You will have experience in M&E project from enquiry to execution and you will have a strong amount of sales experience in the building services sector. The client is seeking a candidate that is confident and has experience within the commercial heating and ventilation industry.
You will be an effective communication with a positive outlook. An ideal Candidate is IT literate with experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
