A superb opportunity has arisen for experienced Building Surveyors or Site Managers to work within the social refurbishment sector in the East Midlands. The ideal candidate must have previous decent homes experience and be able to undertake Stock Condition Surveys on tenanted properties based around the Chesterfield area. You must also have experience of using a PDA as all information will be recorded on these devices.

Building Surveyor:
You will have previously worked within the Decent Homes housing sector of the industry either undertaking Stock Condition Surveys, or managing a stream of works with a good experience of council tenanted properties. You will also need to hold an up to date CSCS card and able to operate a hand held PDA to record your data on the move.
