Our client has over 30 years' expertise in integrating Front and Back-Office broker solutions and software; specifically for commercial, personal, niche and composite lines and they are looking for individuals with a 'winning' and 'can do' attitude to drive their business forward.

As a Business Analyst you will be fully involved in the analysis and management of customer projects and will be required to produce detailed business specifications for Insurer products. In addition, the role will include the provision of a consultancy service to Insurers to enable them to make best use of our products.
We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills, which will compliment exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to produce concise, unambiguous documentation is a must, as is a high level of competency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. An understanding XML will also be advantageous.
The successful candidate will have recent experience in an analytical or project management role and experience of working with IT systems in a Broking/Insurance environment. We are also looking for individuals who can demonstrate previous involvement in the design of insurance products, have a track record of managing multiple projects within timescales and have a knowledge of commercial insurance products or experience within the insurance industry.
Ideally, you will be educated to a degree level, or hold an equivalent professional qualification. However, GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade B or above will.
