A Business Change Manager is required for a contract role in London.
Please note, this is a PART TIME role working 2 days per week for a period of 6 months.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo security clearance therefore applicants MUST be willing and eligible to undergo this process.
The project requires a Business Change Manager to work with the Intranet Replacement project team to review the publishing process and to assist with the implementation of a new publishing model.
In addition to this, a new content management system is likely to identify other areas of change and a change manager is required to assist with the identification and implementation of all areas of business change and communications to all stakeholders in respect of these changes.
Specifically, the Change Manager must have the following essential attributes:
* Experience in managing and delivering communications and business change for projects across large organisations
* Experience in identifying and working alongside stakeholders at all levels of the an organisation
* Experience of working within technology-based projects and programmes enabling business change;
* Experience of developing TNA, training plans, timetables and training courses and documentation
* Excellent listening and oral skills with the ability to present information appropriately by audience;
* Excellent written skills including report writing
* Organisational skills, the ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks as appropriate;
* Ability to work under pressure and to turn-round communications to meet tight deadlines;
* Experience of working as a key member of a project team;
