This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive to join a fast-paced, ambitious and driven software company based in Solihull, West Midlands. We have pioneered the development of software products for the last decade and established a position as a leading creator of world class software products including our multi-award winning Active Dashboards solution.

Job Title - Business Development Executive
Location - Solihull, West Midlands
Salary: £25000-£35,000 depending upon experience + Car Allowance OTE (uncapped): £50,000-£60,000

We are actively seeking individuals that can demonstrate proven business-to-business sales success to fill newly created vacancies in our sales team. This role demands the full range of sales skills, from developing new business opportunities through to successful closure.

The role will be 100% new-business targeted, you will be selling software, implementation services and annual maintenance contracts to senior-level decision makers within target organisations.

Your role will be;

*100% new-business targeted;
*Selling of software, implementation services and annual maintenance contracts;
*Selling to senior-level decision makers within target organisations.
*Generating and managing your sales opportunities and overall pipeline to consistently achieve quarterly targets
*You will work to a structured commission scheme and high standards of performance whilst retaining a compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with clients


Candidates will have the following skills/experience;

*A natural at building rapport and feel equally at ease consulting with Executive-level staff and Technical IT personnel
*Strong negotiating and influencing skills
*Capable of conducting effective computer software demonstrations
*A proven Track-record of B2B sales success
*An ability to operate autonomously whilst contributing to the overall success of our in-house sales team
*Clearly demonstrable business acumen and professional selling skills
* Be located within 45 minutes drive of our clients offices in Solihull
* Possess a full UK Driving Licence and a car
* Eligibility to work and live in the UK.
