Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to £50k (depending on experience) + Substantial OTE and Car Allowance
The role of Business Development Manager will test your ability to identify, contact and sell a strong value proposition to a range of customers. You will work autonomously and will regularly face and interact with decision makers of prospective clients. Furthermore, your role will involve:
*Contacting and qualifying leads and prospects
*Organise and perform initial product demonstrations
*Drive sales activities to meet or exceed revenue objectives
*Drive Marketing and lead generation activities
*Achieve a competitive sales total, which will increase year on year.
*Design and execute marketing campaigns and events.
The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level but most importantly, be able to demonstrate a history of success selling IT products to retailers. Therefore, it is essential that you are able to successfully meet sales targets and identify new and exciting prospects and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant prospective customers. You will require you to have a strong working knowledge of common operating systems and software applications.
The successful candidate will be prepared to travel as part of the role.
