We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to come and join our team based in Telford. We are major publishing and training company within the security industry and are looking to expand within the Travel, Hospitality and Education sectors.

Job title: Business Development Manager (alternate job titles could include Sales Manager, Sales Account Manager).
Location: Telford (alternate locations are Shropshire, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton)
Salary: £20 -25k (depending on experience)

Your role will be to generate new business as well as to maintain and develop existing accounts. You will be working with Managing Director, business planning for all group businesses. Development and management of sales intelligence, developing key accounts and strategic partners.

All candidates must hold a degree, ideally within a Business, Economic, Science or Engineering related subject. Must be an excellent communicator, confident with communicating at all levels, especially senior levels. You must be ambitious and target driven.

This is initially a 12 month contract.
