Call Centre Advisor

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Call Centre Advisor to join our client based in Stratford-upon-Avon. The successful candidate will join a company that offers extensive support and training to allow you to successfully negotiate outstanding monies by reaching agreements on defaulting accounts as well as dealing with any queries.

Role: Call Centre Advisor
Salary: Competitive (plus an Attractive Bonus Scheme)
Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire

Working within a busy inbound and outbound call environment, your role as Call Centre Advisor will include the following responsibilities:

*Contacting accounts to negotiate outstanding payments
*Adhere to predefined team standards and legislative guidelines
*Record key information clearly and precisely using bespoke computer packages
*Work towards agreed individual and team targets
*Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant collection activities
*Adapt communication style to achieve negotiation success

The successful candidate will be a driven and self-motivated individual and will benefit from experience within a similar role. You will be an excellent communicator who strives to provide an excellent customer service at all time. You will be used to meeting targets and service levels and will be able to successful use your own initiative in a demanding and fast paced environment. You will also need to be proficient using IT packages.

Candidates will be needed to work extended hours which will include some weekends when required.
