Client Care Manager required by an established provider of legal services based in Birmingham.
As a Client Care Manager you'll therefore need to be a little bit special too. You'll be in charge of everything from sales presentation to recruitment and meeting sales targets to provide excellent legal services to clients. But the biggest challenge will be creating an environment that brings everyone together as a team, and gets each individual as fired up and excited about their role as you are, whilst performing to your best ability.

* Well organised and persistent self-starter
* Positive self-image and attitude
* Well Mannered, courteous and naturally persuasive
* Honesty and integrity
* Previous experience in a sales role may be beneficial
