Commercial Support Controller required by a leading independent brewing and pub retailing business based in Burton upon Trent or Wolverhampton.
The Commercial Support Controller with a unstoppable, curious and creative nature will be required to gain a competitive advantage by creating , implementing and managing effective commercial support relevant to each division, in line with divisional objectives. You will set the standard for first class ideas generation and excellence in implementation of sales and driving cost saving initiatives.
Using your excellent management skills, you will lead and develop the Commercial Support team resulting in best in class commercial development and support. Effectively managing the cost base of the department, you will manage the overall delivery of the Machines budget, including development of new initiatives to drive machine income. It will also be your responsibility to manage the strategic plan for drinks dispense monitoring equipment, ensuring this is implemented to ensure that costs are minimised and return is maximised.
We are looking for a self motivated, self starter, driven and confident individual who is passionate about customer focus to make this challenging role a success. Of graduate calibre or equivalent, you will possess experience within a sales or marketing function. An excellent communicator and highly organised, with strong presentation, selling and time management skills, you will be a good influencer with the ability and drive to lead a team effectively and get the best out of others. This role would suit an analytical thinker, who is strategic and results oriented with a strong commercial awareness and a sound understanding of financial data and legal acumen.
