An excellent opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to work within a change environment.

The key skills set for the role of Continuous Improvement Engineer is to lead the business improvements projects in line with business values, demonstrating experience in the application of LEAN tools and change management.

Key responsibilities:
*Implementation of lean principles, processes and tools
*Delivering, coaching and implementing the Lean Programme
*Identify and coordinate best practise, reviewing and analysing all plant machinery and other aspects of the plant
*Involved in projects, planning and organising Production Teams and Engineers to coordinate with your projects.
*Working experience of Six Sigma, Lean and Continuous Improvement Projects

As the successful candidate you will;
Have previous experience of Lean and Continuous Improvements Programmes, you can / could be either a qualified Maintenance Engineer that has moved into Lean and Continuous Improvements.
Demonstrate the ability to manage projects from Specification through to Completion.
