Customer Service Account Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to join a progressive print management company as a Customer Service Account Manager. Based in the Redditch area this is an exciting opportunity for a degree qualified Customer Service Account manager with experience in account management, customer service and marketing to join an expanding team.

Job title: Customer Service Account Manager (alternate job titles could include Account Manager, Customer Service Manager or Account Executive)
Location: Redditch (would suit candidates living in Bromsgrove or Birmingham areas)
Salary: £20,000- £25,000 (depending on experience)

This is primarily an account management/marketing role where the chosen candidate will be required to administer the companies e-commerce solutions and be flexible as part of a growing team.

The successful candidate will be a graduate or hold an equivalent level qualification. You will also have experience within customer service account management. Experience within the print industry would be desirable however is not essential as training will be provided.

In addition you will have a first class customer service ethic, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, great organisation skills along with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will also be enthusiastic, self motivated with a desire to achieve results.
