We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join our team based in Erdington, Birmingham.
Job Title - Customer Service Administrator
Location - Erdington, Birmingham
Salary - £15,000 - 16,000 dependent upon experience
Your role will be to coordinate the handling and processing of both incoming and outgoing information in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance to branch measurements (SQI), offering best service and practise to our customers and suppliers.
Other duties for your role will be:
* Confirmation of picking notes and the handling and process of negative pick notes
* The compiling of Despatch Notes
* Confirmation of Delivery (to generate invoices)
* Pick and Advice Note amendments
* Receipt of IBT's and the process & action of discrepancies on IBT's
* Back Order Summary (action list)
* Receipt of supplier deliveries
* Running back order clearance
* Stock Adjustments
* Credit Note processes
* Transfer of stock between locations
* Keying of PPI
* Cash Reconciliation/banking
* Test Certificates in/out
* Owning & Maintaining branch Quote Follow Up and project tracking databases
Candidates must hold a degree or equivalent level qualification. Must have good organisational skills, good interpersonnel skills both written and oral. The ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure, and good time management. Candidates must also have experience in Microsoft software packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Access.
