This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and personable Graduate to join a dynamic, growing company based in Telford. Our client, a specialist on-line retailer operating a range of speciality stores on behalf of leading brands, is looking for a Graduate to join their team in order to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Based within one of their health departments, your role will be to provide an insightful shopping experience, providing extensive product information within your assigned category and developing product lines.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will be educated to degree level and will have excellent customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, positive and personable and have the ability to build a strong rapport with customers. Candidates will be confident in communicating at all levels and will at times deal with situations of a sensitive nature.
