Our client based in Solihull are looking to recruit for customer service advisors to work in their collections/lending department.
The role will involve liaising with customers to agree suitable repayment arrangements over the telephone and via written correspondence. Duties will include assessing and negotiating repayment arrangements, updating the system with key information, dealing with enquiries from customers as well as other general administrative duties.
The successful candidate will be a graduate or hold an equivalent level qualification along with previous customer service experience within a collections environment. You will have an excellent customer service ethic, good communication skills both verbal and written along with strong negotiation skills.
