Our client in the financial sector is currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their busy team. Based in Solihull, the company specialise in helping customers with their money matters, offering innovative products to suit customer needs.
Primarily, as a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for liaising with customers over the telephone, dealing with queries and responding to their requests. You will provide a first class customer service.
You will hold a degree or an equivalent level qualification and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
