Data Analyst required by a Birmingham based trade retailer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a Analyst based role.

Job title: Data Analyst

Duties of the role include:

* Processing scheduled reports using Access and Excel
* Data extraction and analysis using Access, Excel and ProDiver
* Creation of adhoc reports
* Support the Marketing Information Co-ordinator in the provision of insightful
data to the business
* Liaise with members of staff across all levels
* Assist in the cleansing of the customer database
* Create and store files in a safe and secure manner to protect sensitive data

You will posses Excellent customer service skills, Good telephone manner and be able to communicate at all levels. You will be an analytical candidate with a keen eye for detail possessing excellent IT knowledge including Access and Excel.

Candidates will be educated to degree level or equivalent level qualification and will be committed to teamwork, accuracy and success in all areas of their work
