Digital Manager

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a well motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Commercial Marketing Team for a leading independent brewing and pub retailing business based Wolverhampton

As Digital Manager you will be responsible for managing the online solutions for two key segments of the business. This would include both day to day management of digital activities and involvement in the longer term strategic direction of how the digital world can drive in pub sales. You will work alongside third parties to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, together with the ongoing monitoring, analysis and optimisation of all campaigns. Success in the role will be achieved by gaining full buy-in with key stakeholders and ensuring that there is a clear understanding of digital marketing, through effective communication across a multi location estate, engaging individual Pub Operators and the wider Operational Team.

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre with proven experience of digital marketing. Experience in a multi site environment and CIM or IDM qualifications would be advantageous. You will be able to demonstrate strong project management skills with experience of monitoring and analysing digital media and email performance. You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of where online marketing fits within the wider marketing mix.

The Digital Manager will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent qualification and in return our client can offer a very competitive benefits package including an excellent salary, bonus scheme, car allowance, contributory pension scheme and a minimum of 25 days annual holiday.
