The company successfully deliver embedded design projects for a strong portfolio of clients in the UK, Europe and the US and they are keen to appoint an Embedded Software Engineer to join their team.
Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer/Developer (C/C++)
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: £35,000 per annum + quarterly profit-related Bonus
The Embedded Software Engineer/Developer will work as part of a team on the design and implementation of products and solutions in C/C++ and will be responsible for the design, development and enhancement of embedded software. You will be working closely with hardware engineers and platform software engineers and developers to produce system solutions and undertake design, coding, unit and integration testing activities to ensure that each assignment is completed onto time.
The successful candidate will have previous industrial experience within a similar position and you will have experience with C/C++ and embedded experience with driver development on Linux/WinCE. It is essential that you have an understanding of hardware along with excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
