A company specialising in providing engineering equipment and automated machinery to industries operating across the World are currently looking to recruit a Field Service Technician to join their team in Telford, Shropshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company in a field-based role.

Field Service Technician (alternative titles include: Field Engineer, On-site Engineer, On-site Technician)
Telford (may suit candidates located in Shropshire, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, Birmingham)
Candidates will be willing to travel as part of the role.
Duties of the role include:
*Provide on site servicing of Systems and equipment.
*Provide on site commissioning of Systems and equipment.
*Provide pre-commissioning of Systems and equipment.
*Provide on and off-site customer training.
*Test and inspection of Systems and equipment
*Service administration.
*Technical / general support to the sales and administration departments.
*Maintain working environment in orderly and efficient manner.
Candidates will be educated to degree level in a mechanical/electrical discipline and will have proven experience of supporting and servicing equipment.
Candidates will also have a strong knowledge of the following:
*Electrical control/computer diagnostics.
*Robot programming.
The successful Field Service Technician will be resourceful, highly motivated and committed to providing an excellent service.
