This is a new and exciting opportunity to join a company with a strong brand name in the retail leisure industry as a Front of House Trainer.

The main purpose of the role is to assist the company in supporting their retail teams to achieve the very best in standards and service. The role will include delivering front of house training and developing staff through the companies training programmes and workshops.

The role will also include delivering training and coaching to the front of house teams for new builds or those following major refurbishments and you will also play a crucial role in the aftercare. You will also be required to deliver training at monthly areas meetings, courses and bespoke training sessions to support business needs. In addition you will also be required to assist in developing new materials for retail staff development and operational training sessions.

This role will involve extensive travel throughout the company's pub estate and therefore you must be a driver and hold a full driving licence.

The successful candidate will be a graduate or hold a similar equivalent qualification. You must also have knowledge and experience of working and delivering training in the retail sectors. In addition you must possess a passion for developing people, have first class communication skills and the ability and communicate and influence people at all levels.
