Graduate Account Manager

We are currently recruiting for Graduate Account Managers to join our client based in Hampshire. Our client is one of the largest and most successful telecommunications providers in the UK and they are looking for driven and motivated graduates to join their team.

Job Title: Graduate Account Manager
Location: Hampshire
Easily commutable from both Portsmouth and Southampton
Salary: £14,000-£20,000pa.
Commission: £5000pa OTE.

Working as the Graduate Account Manager your duties will include:
*Providing support to our customers and the Business Development team
*Liaising with clients in resolving problems and answering queries via telephone and email
*Conducting yourself with a polite and professional telephone manner at all time
*Displaying pro-activity, creativity and tenacity in problem solving
*Playing an integral part in building relationships with customers and the key role in the management of the customer in present and future
*Acting as the key 'middle man' coordinating our customers, the network, suppliers and couriers
*Tackling each day with prioritisation skills, understanding the difference between important and urgent
*Being commercially aware of the consequences of decision making
*Supporting the main function and ethos of the business. Everybody has a responsibility to promote the business and its drive to offer the highest levels of service in the industry

We are looking for highly energetic and remarkably focused graduates. You will be target driven and highly motivated and you will have the desire to succeed within a highly successful sales environment. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally as you will be building relationships over the phone daily.
