We are looking to recruit a Graduate Accounts Manager to join our team based in Cannock.

Job Title: Graduate Account Manager

Salary: £7k (depending on experience)
Your role will be to manage business relationships between ourselves and allocated Major Customer Accounts to provide extensive professional account support and management. Maintain account relationships by working closely with internal departments to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Facilitate and co-ordinate large complicated Service Level Agreements in these accounts to an expected revenue value in excess of £1.5m per annum. You will also be required to take on projects to develop best practice and continuous improvement in customer contract and service level agreements.
Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with key areas of the business, i.e. Credit Control, Customer Services Team Managers, Engineers and the Service Centre.
Maintain excellent working relationships with customers at all levels, maximising service income and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the service group to maximise service income and customer satisfaction.
Continue to review and improve processes and procedures with the customer
Carry out structured service reviews with site locations, information cascading to Major Customer Account Manager
Create KPI and full fleet listing for overview and analysis
Candidates must be educated to degree level, ideally in a Business or IT related subject.
