The role will involve maintaining and developing key client relationships. You will be liaising with senior level personnel to include Managing Directors and Finance Directors. Your client portfolio and clients you will be servicing will be FTSE100 and blue-chip organisations many being brand and household names.
Daily accountabilities will include planning and managing you own portfolio of clients, client relationship management keeping clients informed of market movement and the latest products available to them, preparing for and undertaking client visits as well as preparing documents, invoices and reports for your client.
You will also undertake a comprehensive training programme provided by the client which will enable you to become an expert in your field. Continual development and a clear structured career path will enable you to progress and for further development.
The successful candidate will be a graduate or hold an equivalent level qualification along with first class communication skills, the ability to prioritise and an exceptional customer service ethic is also essential for the role!! A professional attitude and good business acumen are also a must!! The chosen candidate will also have experience in a sales or customer service environment either as part of their internship, placement year or commercial work experience.
