We have an opportunity for a Graduate Administrator to join client based in Hampshire. Our client is one of the largest and most successful telecommunications providers in the UK and they are keen to appoint an Administrator to join their team.

Job Title: Graduate Administrator
Location: Hampshire
Easily commutable from both Portsmouth and Southampton
Salary: £15,000-£18,000

Working as the Fulfilment Administrator your role will be to support and supervise the rest of the fulfilment team. Responsible for ensuring that everything within the team has been completed for the day and reporting back to the Administration Manager with any challenges, while dealing with detailed supplier, account manager queries at support level.
Duties will include:
*Entering and dispatching orders onto our company system.
*Booking in stock from suppliers.
*Weekly stock checks
*Liaising with internal account managers and field sales to ensure every order is completed on time.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or will hold an equivalent level qualification and will have strong administration skills. You will have previous experience within a similar position along with excellent communication and organisation skills.
