Our client in the IT services industry is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and resourceful Graduate to join their team as an Application Support Consultant. Based in Birmingham, the company specialise in delivering original IT solutions and high quality services to retailers operating throughout Europe. The role will focus on providing an efficient telephone support service to clients to ensure optimum usage of the company's software solutions.

Duties of the role include:
* Handling external calls and providing an efficient, high level support service.
* Providing in depth analysis and resolutions.
* Maintaining/updating customer records.
* Meeting agreed service levels and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Advising on products.
Candidates will be educated to degree level in an IT/Business related discipline. Candidates will demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and the ability to solve problems logically.
