Graduate Building Services Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to join a building services company based in Sutton Coldfield. Our client is looking for a degree qualified building services graduate to join their team as a Graduate Building Services Engineer.

Job Title: Graduate Building Services Engineer
Location: Sutton Coldfield (could suit candidates living in Birmingham, Lichfield or Tamworth)
Salary: £20,000

The role will involve working in the project department on both design and build and build only projects. Duties will include reviewing architects drawings, reviewing mechanical and electrical consultant drawings, procuring materials as well as dealing with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients.

The successful candidate will hold a degree or equivalent level qualification in building services or a similar related discipline. You will also have knowledge of AutoCAD 2008 from your degree studies or commercial work experience.

You will also be an excellent communicator, possess good solid IT skills and be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
