Providing software solutions to the recruitment and HR industry our client is looking for a degree qualified Graduate Business Development Executive who has some previous experience within business to business telesales to join their team.

Salary: £20,000+ commission

Working as part of the sales team the role will involve identifying opportunities and generating new business leads. The role will initially be generating appointments through telesales activity. There is also potential for the chosen candidate to progress into a client facing business development role.

Key duties will include generating sales leads through various different mediums to include cold-calling, telesales activity and prospecting. You will also be developing relationships with both new and existing clients at a corporate level, monitoring and assisting with the marketing strategy as well as arranging and co-ordinating client meetings and offering the highest level of customer service at all times.

The successful candidate will be a graduate or hold an equivalent level qualification and have some proven experience within business to business telesales. You will also have experience of selling to key decision makers at board level. Any experience working within recruitment, software, HR or payroll would also be desirable. You will also be able demonstrate evidence of previous big wins!!!

In addition you will also have first class communication and presentation skills, a high standard of professionalism and commercial awareness, be highly customer focused and have a clear knowledge of the complete sales cycle!
