This role offers the chosen graduate a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the largest recruitment businesses in the UK where you will begin an immediate training and career development programme! You will learn all the skills required to provide a professional and consultative recruitment service and solution to the company's clients!
The role will involve business development and new business sales as well as client generation. Along with this you will generate leads to secure vacancies and to sell the companies services to achieve and exceed your KPI's and sales targets.
Additional duties will involve working towards a target client list for your sector, using a variety of sources to develop your own leads as well as providing a full recruitment service to include negotiating fees, and securing interviews and updating company records. You will also be responsible for prioritising your own workload and vacancies! Therefore strong organisational skills are essential along with the ability to prioritise!
The successful candidate will be a graduate with a degree in a digital or online media discipline ideally or communications/ IT related degree. Outbound sales experience within a business to business environment would be desirable however it is not essential for the right candidate!! However bags of enthusiasm, drive and passion for the IT, Telecoms or Media & Advertising industry is a must!
The chosen candidates will also be highly motivated, target driven, possess excellent communication skills along with strong commercial business acumen! You will also have a considerable drive and ambition with a strong work ethic and commitment to career development.
