Graduate Commercial Trainee

Our client in the manufacturing sector is looking to recruit a number of innovative and hard-working graduates to join their well established Graduate Commercial Training Scheme. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a number of departments within this internationally recognised company, including Sales, Marketing, Buying and Production.

As you spend time working in each department you will gain a valuable insight into how the business works together as a unit. With a fantastic training and development programme that sits alongside a Director-led personal mentoring system, you will be given all the tools and skills you will need to succeed and find your own niche in this global organisation. Key skills must include being a team player with an attitude and aptitude to take on new, varied, and demanding challenges in what can sometimes be a fast paced environment.

Candidates will be educated to degree level, having obtained a minimum classification of a 2:1 in any discipline. Candidates should be ambitious, team players, looking to succeed in a global market.
