Across a 12-18 month period you will gain experience within the company's national service centre, taking a pivotal role in reviewing and analysing key business procedures. As a result you will influence key decisions to ensure the company remains competitive and efficient.

Key responsibilities:
*Working within key departments reviewing and analysing business processes - Contracts, H&S, Quality, Logistics, Finance etc.
*Gaining insight into inter-departmental practices and learning about how each function contributes to the company's success.
*Continuous professional development log - outlining new business knowledge and reviewing what you have learnt.

Candidates will be educated to degree level and will have excellent customer service experience. Candidates will be committed to analysing processes and generating ideas to improve.
